The questions people actually send us
Grouped by what people usually want to know first: how the training works, what level it assumes, how pricing is handled, and what happens when a team is involved.
If your question is not here, the contact form goes straight to a person and is answered within one business day.
Training and
formats
Three ways. Self-paced gives you the written lessons, walkthroughs and templates for a track. Live sessions are scheduled and built around your own account. Team programs sequence several tracks for an in-house group with shared standards attached.
Self-paced, most people finish a channel track over three to six weeks alongside normal work. Live delivery compresses that considerably, but the exercises still need time in a real account between sessions to be worth anything.
Both, depending on what the topic needs. Interface work is shown on screen because a description of a settings page is useless. Reasoning, checklists and reference material are written, because you will want to search them later.
Yes. Individual lessons and short focused sessions are common when a team has one identified gap rather than a general need. Tell us the gap and we will point at the specific material.
Your own accounts wherever confidentiality allows, because the output is then usable. Where that is not possible we work from anonymised account views that behave like the real thing.
Level and
prerequisites
No. Every track opens with the platform fundamentals. If you already run campaigns, say so when you get in touch and we will skip the material you do not need rather than charging you to sit through it.
The later modules are not. They cover bidding behaviour, attribution disputes, test design and the decisions that only appear once you are responsible for a budget. Experienced specialists usually start midway through a track.
It helps enormously, and it is why the measurement tracks sit alongside the channel tracks rather than after them. You can start with a channel, but plan to add GA4 and Tag Manager before you make optimisation decisions.
No programming background. You need to be comfortable reading a page structure and talking to a developer about a data layer. The track teaches the rest, including the debugging process.
Pricing and
scope
We do not publish price lists. Every plan is quoted individually after we look at your channels, your team size and the level you are starting from.
Send a short description of your channels, your team size and what you want to improve through the contact form. The quote comes back with the scope written down: which tracks, which format, how many people and what you keep afterwards.
No. One person taking one track is a normal engagement. So is a single focused session on one topic.
The lessons for the agreed tracks, the full template set attached to them, and the sessions if the format includes them. Templates stay yours afterwards without an ongoing subscription.
Teams and
materials
That is a large part of the work. Team programs add shared naming standards, review formats and an onboarding checklist, so a new hire six months later inherits a documented process rather than someone's habits.
Yes, that is the intention. They are the sheets and checklists our own sessions run from, cleaned up so a team can adopt one at a time instead of replacing an entire process at once.
Yes. Lessons tied to a specific interface are revised when that interface moves. Lessons that teach method are marked where the underlying mechanics have changed, so you know which parts to re-read.
We issue a completion record for our own programs. Platform certifications come from the platforms directly — our material prepares you for them without pretending to replace them.
Yes, and we work under one routinely when training touches live accounts. Mention it in your first message and it is handled before anything sensitive is shared.
